Engage workflow hooks

Workflow hooks are available in workflow manager for synchronising data and sending notifications for integration with Engage.

The logic to identify a user in the Users, Groups, Memberships workflow uses the Engage person identifier institution setting to ensure messages are sent to and from a staff user's own account, rather than an administrator account.
